DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Absolutely! We offer worldwide standard shipping for FREE. However, we currently do not offer expedited shipping because we prefer to avoid high import taxes they charge to our customers.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All orders take 1-7 business days to process. Deliveries can take up to 1 week to 7 weeks. It depends what you purchased and your location. In some cases, delivery could take longer on holiday seasons. If you have any questions email us @ email@example.com
I ORDERED 2+ITEMS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE...WHERE'S MY ORDER?
We have numerous warehouses across all continents so frequently we'll be shipping items separately from multiple locations. If one item comes, don't panic, everything will arrive!
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING?
If there's tracking available for your product, look up the order status in the order lookup form. This will show the tracking if it's provided. Most of our promotional offers don't come with tracking as this dramatically drops the shipping cost for you, the consumer.
WHAT IS MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
All our orders are protected by our Order Insurance. If your order does not arrive to you or gets lost in transit, we can certainly issue a full refund for your purchase, resend the item to you, or issue you a store credit.
I NO LONGER WANT MY ORDER, CAN I CANCEL AND REFUND?
Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us within no later than a week! So make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. Make sure to read the measurements in products that apply. If there are no measurements listed, email us! Every case is different, just reach out to us and we'll be happy to help.
